• 1 cup coconut water (may need to add more depending on desired consistency)
• 1 tbsp. chia seeds
• Juice from ½ lemon
• ½ cucumber, diced

• Handful of ice
• Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Place everything in a blender and blend on high until smooth
